Penny Tansley (BA, Assoc CIPD) has developed key skills in operational and strategic HR in a variety of industry sectors and settings over the past 20 years. With a pragmatic and customer focussed approach, she is dedicated to developing solutions that not only fit your business today but set the foundations to enable future growth. As an HR generalist she has a broad range of experiences in business planning, change management, compliance and hands on management of all stages of the employee relationship from recruitment through to performance, development and exits from the business. She has worked with SME’s, multi-site and factory operations, charities and not for profit organisations within a number of sectors including Transport, Engineering, Manufacturing and Health Services.
Ben Tupman joined Totally HR to provide the team with administrative support from an HR and Marketing perspective having studied Graphic Design at De Montfort University. Ben brings a unique blend of creativity, organisation and humour to the team!
Claire Robinson is an experienced project manager and book-keeper. She joined Totally HR to manage the day to day running of the office as well as managing the book-keeping of the business. With exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, she has over 15 years’ experience in selection and assessment.
