Totally HR was established in 2009 by Louise Tupman, with the goal to bring the knowledge and experience she has gained in over 25 years in senior HR roles to businesses from a variety of industries and of all sizes throughout East Anglia.
Even if you only work with us occasionally, we always remember your people, your goals and how your business runs. During every project we look for opportunities to transfer knowledge and upskill your team. All our consultants share a simple aim: to help you achieve better value and results by making the most of your human resources. We believe in achieving this in a cost effective way, which is why we do not charge a monthly retainer – we believe you should only pay for the advice and help you need.
In between assignments we’re always available for ad-hoc advice if you want to double check a course of action before proceeding.
