Top tip for August… Keep your diet balanced!

It’s so easy to fall into the convenience trap while we’re busy at work, grabbing a sandwich or pre-packed salad from the supermarket or local café, or trying to survive on crisps, chocolate and fizzy drinks from the office vending machine.

With a bit of time and planning your employees can eat healthy varied meals every day at a fraction of the cost of eating out. Including plenty of colourful fruit and veg can boost mood, increase concentration and take care of their waistlines as well as their wallets!
